Move your Booksy list without making it weird

Export the clients you are allowed to keep, clean the names and phones, import the CSV into NxtSeat, then send a short note with the new link. Do not surprise people. Booksy’s export buttons move. Use their current help article, then use this checklist for the human part.

Before you export

  • Decide who you are taking. Be decent about it.
  • Download a copy you can open in Sheets
  • Keep a backup

Clean the spreadsheet

You want columns for name, phone, email, and a note. NxtSeat’s importer looks for those. Delete empty rows. Fix the “JOHN “ cells.

Import and launch

  1. Create the NxtSeat shop
  2. Paste the CSV in setup
  3. Book a test appointment
  4. Text your regulars the new link
